There are three meaning of being creative.
First, it's production. If we draw Mona Lisa with looking into it, that is 'REPRODUCTION' not 'PRODUCTION'. When we create something ourselves, that is the production.
Second, being creative is not easy but fun. To try produce something could be cool with some information. If someone asks me to draw a picture without any information, that might be awful and stressful. However we could enjoy it with information such as 'animals' or 'use three colors only'.
Last, it has to be researchable. It has to be something like scientists or researchers could find data about it. It must not be the magic or trick.
Now, here's some ways to increase creativities. Shifting eyes could help you to improve your creativities. Also restrictions make your creativities to be improved. Such as 'using letter 'P' five times for a article'. We will think about the effective way to write paragraphs with five 'P's. Lastly, we need to control the distractions as well. Let's imagine that we are writing an important essay which needed some creativities. Then your friend called you and you had a wonderful time with your friend. When you came back with the writing, what happend? Ta-da. We could not ever remember what you we about to write. That kind of situations happen often. We need to be careful with distractions around us.
However, somethings will slow down your creativities. Money and prizes are them. In addition, compliments about someone's job can ruin someone's creativities. If your mother praise you that you're smart, afterwards, you will probably not try harder because you think somebody proved that you're already smart. That kills your creativities. So we got to praise efforts not intelligence.
By those ways I said and understanding the exact meaning of creativity, you could be more creative in classroom. But sometime creative kids could be problem for teachers. So be careful, good luck with your creativities.
